Will my number get banned?
We work through the official API with approved templates and message only your own customers. That is what protects the number, and we monitor its quality rating after every campaign.
Can I use my current number?
Yes, in most cases, once it is moved to the official business API. Or we can set up a dedicated number for campaigns.
Where do the customer numbers come from?
From your own records: bookings, orders, invoices and sign-up forms. We never use purchased number lists.
How is pricing calculated?
A monthly management fee based on list size and number of campaigns, plus the per-message fees Meta charges.
When will I see results?
Usually from the first campaign, because you are messaging customers who already know you. You get a report after each campaign and a full monthly report.
