Who we are
Al Nokhba is a brand of Nokhbat Sunna' Al-Mustaqbal Company, Unified National Number 7054916585, located at Abdullah Bin Al Abbas St, Al Shawqiyah, Makkah. We provide WhatsApp Business customer retargeting for companies and charities.
Data we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, mobile number, business name, approximate number of customer contacts, and any notes you write. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and you never need to create an account.
How we use it
We use your data only to answer your request, provide a consultation and quote, and contact you about the service. We never sell or rent your data.
Our clients' customer data
When we run WhatsApp campaigns for our clients, customer lists remain the property of the client. We process them on the client's behalf and only on their instructions, message only people who agreed to receive messages, offer an opt-out in every campaign, and use the data for nothing else.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with trusted providers that run the site and service: hosting (Cloudflare), form delivery (FormSubmit), email (Zoho), and Meta and an approved WhatsApp provider when running campaigns. We may disclose data when required by a competent authority.
Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, then delete it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access.
Your rights
